This policy explains what information Trusted BetPro Dealer collects when you contact us, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We are a Betpro and Bpexch dealer based in Pakistan, and we have been arranging accounts for clients since 2021.

What we collect
We keep our records deliberately small. Depending on how you deal with us, we may hold:
- Your name and the WhatsApp number you message us from.
- The Betpro username we create for you, so that we can support your account later.
- Payment confirmations you send us, such as a JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer screenshot, so that we can match a deposit to your account.
- The messages you send us, kept in the WhatsApp conversation itself.
We do not ask for your national identity card, your bank login details, your card number, or any password other than the one we create for your Betpro account.
What we do with it
We use this information for one purpose only: to open your account, to process your deposits and withdrawals, and to help you if something goes wrong. We do not build marketing lists from it, and we do not profile you.
Who we share it with
Your Betpro username has to be created on the Betpro Exchange platform, so the platform necessarily holds it. Apart from that, we do not sell, rent or pass your details to anyone. We will only disclose information if a court or a competent authority in Pakistan lawfully requires it of us.
How long we keep it
We keep payment confirmations for as long as needed to settle any dispute about that payment, and account details for as long as your account is active with us. If you stop using your account and ask us to remove your details, we will do so.
This website
This site runs on WordPress. Like most websites it records standard server logs and may set cookies needed for the site to function. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp at 0347 4878983 and we will deal with it ourselves — there is no form to fill in.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page. The practices described here are the ones we follow today.
