These terms describe what you can expect from Trusted BetPro Dealer and what we expect from you. By asking us to open or manage a Betpro account for you, you accept them.
What we actually do
We are an independent dealer. We arrange Betpro and Bpexch accounts for clients in Pakistan, and we handle deposits and withdrawals for those accounts through local payment methods. We are not Betpro Exchange, we do not own the platform, and we do not control its odds, its markets, its rules or its decisions.
Who may use our service
You must be at least 18 years old. We will not knowingly open an account for anyone younger, and we will close an account if we learn that the holder is under 18.
Accounts
When you ask us for an account we will tell you the type available and the opening deposit required. The minimum deposit is PKR 1,000. Once your payment is confirmed we create the account and send you the username and password, usually within about 5 Minutes.
The password we send is yours to change and yours to protect. We will never ask you for it afterwards, and anyone who does is not us.
Deposits and withdrawals
We accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa and direct bank transfer. Withdrawals are requested through us and are normally paid to the same method you deposited from.
We only accept payments sent to the account details we give you in our own WhatsApp conversation. If you send money to details you received anywhere else, we cannot recover it and we are not responsible for it. Fake dealers copying our name are a real problem in this market, and this is the single most important line in these terms.
What we are responsible for
We are responsible for opening your account correctly, for passing on your deposits, and for paying out your withdrawals. If we make a mistake in any of those, we will put it right.
What we are not responsible for
We are not responsible for the outcome of your bets, for changes the platform makes, for the platform being unavailable, or for losses you choose to take. Betting carries risk and that risk is yours.
When we may refuse or close an account
We may decline to open an account, or close an existing one, if we believe it is being used by someone under 18, used for fraud or money laundering, used to abuse other clients, or if the holder behaves abusively towards our team.
Complaints
If something goes wrong, message us on WhatsApp at 0347 4878983 with the details and any screenshots. We deal with complaints ourselves, and we would far rather fix a problem than lose a client over it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
