How a betpro password reset actually works
A betpro password reset takes four steps, and none of them cost anything.
- Message from the same WhatsApp number. Send us a message on 0347 4878983 from the number you used when the account was opened. That number is how we recognise you.

Not every login problem is a password problem
Before you ask for a betpro password reset, it is worth checking these, because most of the “my password stopped working” messages we get turn out to be one of them.
- You are on the wrong address. There are many lookalike Betpro and Bpexch websites. Your password will not work on a site that is not yours. Use the exact address we sent you and nothing else.
- The keyboard is adding a capital. Phone keyboards capitalise the first letter automatically. Passwords are case sensitive, so type it into a notes app first, check it, then paste it.
- The browser filled in an old password. If you changed your password and your browser saved the old one, it will keep filling it in. Clear the field completely and type the new one by hand.

Someone messages you claiming to be from Betpro support or from your dealer. They say your account has a security problem, or that a reset needs confirming, and they ask for your current password, a code, or a small payment to “unlock” the account. All of it is fake.
Here is what is always true with us. We never ask for your current password, because we do not need it to reset one. We never charge anything for a reset. And we only ever message you from 0347 4878983. If a different number contacts you about your account, it is not us, no matter whose name or photo it uses.
